- What type of vehicles would I expect? It depends on how large your party is, we provide all sizes of transport from cars and minibuses to coaches.
- How far in advance would I need to reserve transfers? It is always better to reserve them as soon as you can, some destinations there is limited transport available especially on busy cruise port days.
- If I book a transfer to pick me up from the cruise port where will the driver be waiting? Our drivers will be waiting at the entrance of each port, with a Cruising Excursions Sign.
- If I book a transfer to pick me up from the airport where will the driver be waiting? Our driver will be waiting in the airport terminal, all of our drivers monitor the flight arrivals so if you are delayed you will still be met.
- What if we cannot locate our driver? We provide an emergency contact number on our voucher which we issue to all clients on booking.
- If I want to reserve the transfers when do I make payment? We would require full payment on booking.

What are my Luggage Limitations?
To ensure we have room for all people’s luggage please be advised that there is sufficient room for each person to travel with one large suitcase + carry on, or two medium bags + carry on.
