  • If I book a transfer to pick me up from the airport where will the driver be waiting?  Our driver will be waiting in the airport terminal; all of our drivers monitor the flight arrivals so if you are delayed you will still be met.
  • What if we cannot locate our driver?  We provide an emergency contact number on our voucher which we issue to all clients on booking.
  • If I want to reserve the transfers when do I make payment?  We would require full payment on booking.
