This is a private tour
You will be met at the port by a Cruising Excursions representative who will then guide you to your air conditioned transportation ready to commence your tour.
After departing from your ship, you'll then head to the Jeju Sculpture Park. However, along the way we'll take some time out, about a quarter of an hour or so, in order to enjoy one of the phenomenal attractions in the island, the Mystery Road. This road is just a mere optical illusion. A slight downhill slope appears to be an uphill slope due to the seemingly high surroundings. Objects on the road roll up the hill instead of moving downwards.
After a most mysterious stroll, we'll then carry on to the Sculpture Park. It was launched in October 1987, is located in a primeval forest. It is a multi-purpose art center exhibiting 160 sculptures. In the park, you can feel the traditional beauty of Jeju Island even from the entrance where a tangerine tree was planted in 1970. At the main entrance, there is a Pyramid shape tower, which is a symbol of this park. The tower features reflecting images that vary by season, weather, or position of people who are looking at it.
Your final stop is sure to get you on your feet, because we'll be heading on to the O'Sulloc Tea Museum. Located on Jeju-do Island near Seogwangdawon, teaches visitors about Korea’s traditional tea culture With a delicious range of Korean teas. The museum first opened in September 2001 and is widely known in Korea. The entire building takes the shape of a green tea cup. It seeks to harmonize the cultures of the West and East, and past traditions with the modern world. At the O’sulloc Museum, not only can visitors enjoy unique o’sulloc teas, but they can relax next to the lotus pond in the indoor garden. The second floor of the building has an observatory, so visitors can enjoy the views of the nearby green tea fields and the surrounding landscape.
At the end of your tour you will be returned to the port in plenty of time for your ships departure.
