When does my tour start? This tour generally departs in the morning but can be fixed to suit your cruise ship porting times. When do I return to port after my tour/excursion? The tour is 4 hours in length and you will be returned in plenty of time for your cruise ship departure. All tour times are based on Shore time (i.e. local time, - not ship time)This is a private tour
Clients will be met by a Cruising Excursions representative at the cruise port, the representative will be holding a sign with the Cruising Excursions logo
On this half day tour, you will enjoy one of the famous temples in Korea with its natural beauty, the 'Haedong Yonggungsa Temple'. This temple, devoted to the Buddha Goddess of Mercy, is situated near the sea. They say that the Great Goddess Budda lived in the sea and appears on the back of a dragon, & Haedong Yonggungsa is one of three sacred places related to the Goddess Buddha.
After your visit to the temple, will proceed to APEC house where the APEC meeting was held in 2005. It is an outstanding building, located on Haeundae beach, and you will see how beautiul harmony & modern buildings create a sense of natural beauty.
You will continue back to the port, and have chance to the view the Gwangan Bridge along the way. Finished in 2002, this suspension bridge connects Suyeong-gu to Haeundae-gu.
