Genoa City Sightseeing Hop on Hop Off Tour

Policy Baggages on board City Sightseeing Italy buses:
- For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to bring luggages, awkward bags, big backpacks or bulky baggages on board the City Sightseeing buses.
Policy and Fares for admission of domestic animals:
- The access to the bus is permitted for little and medium domestic animals only if they are inoffensive and respect the following feature. On the understanding that the driver can deny the access at the animal on the bus any time in case he believe that the animal might damage or compromise the bus and passengers security. In case the animal might damage or compromise the security it can be excluded also in a second moment, with no right to have a refund of the ticket, at the incontestable discretion of the City Sightseeing Staff.
Using muzzle and leash is mandatory, as alternative to the muzzle it is possible to use a pet carrier. The domestic animals with particular anatomical, physiological and pathology condition that cannot use the muzzle must travel inside a pet carrier. The holder must assure that the pet carrier is not in a poor state, that it does not contain food, that it is in excellent cleaning condition and that it cannot damage other people on the bus.
City Sight Seeing Buses - Can wheelchair users travel on your buses?
SOME/ALL of our buses are accessible to users of most kinds of wheelchair depending upon the location. Only wheelchairs which are too large for the space, or which are in an unsafe condition cannot be brought onto our buses. All of our wheelchair spaces accommodate wheelchairs up to 700 mm wide, 1200 mm long and 1350 mm high (that measurement includes the wheelchair user's head above the backrest)

SOME/ALL of our buses have electric ramps, low flat floors and a wheelchair space depending upon the location. Wheelchair users have priority for access to the wheelchair space and other passengers must move to make it available when a wheelchair user needs it. However, we can't guarantee that all passengers will move from the wheelchair space when asked, nor ultimately, can we force them to do so. Our buses cannot safely accommodate two or more occupied wheelchairs, so if there is already a wheelchair user on the bus you want to board, unfortunately you'll need to wait for the next bus.
Wheelchair users and / or their carers must ensure that the wheelchair is positioned against the seat backrest facing the rear of the bus with the brakes ON. Please ask the driver for assistance if necessary.
Wheelchair users can use the bell push near the wheelchair space which lets the driver know that the ramp must be lowered at the next stop.

Joining instructions

The tour departs from any hop on or hop off point on the route map which will be provided to you at the time of booking. From the cruise terminal, the nearest stop is only 5 minutes away on Piazza Caricamento at the bus terminal (Depending on where your cruise ship docks).
