You will be met at the port by a Cruising Excursions representative ready to take you to your air-conditioned vehicle to commence your tour.
Aruba is a beautiful gem in the Caribbean full of attractions and spectacular natural landmarks.
Commence your tour with a visit to the Aloe Vera Factory and Museum, which is a very important historical landmark in the history of Aruba as Aloe has been the larger exporter in the world of this pharmaceutical plant with almost two-thirds of the island covered in crops. In here, you will learn more about the history of this business and explore its adjacent museum.
After, you will be taken to witness the beautiful Casibari Rock Formation. Due to the unicity of the area and features of the soil, several tons of the rocks rise in curious shapes and here you will have the opportunity to climb the top to take some astonishing photo shots of the surroundings.
Next, you will be stopping at the Natural Bridge, which is one of the largest natural spans in the world made of coral limestone with its 25 feet high and 100 feet long.
You will then head towards the first Catholic Church ever built in Aruba, the Alto Vista Chapel. Built by a Spanish missionary in 1750, this picturesque building is located the beautiful and peaceful Aruban countryside.
Your final visit will be at the California Light House or known as the “Hudishibana”, a famous tourist landmark and named after a ship called S.S California which sunk in 1910. Due to its high elevation, the top of the lighthouse offers a fantastic opportunity to view the island’s sandy beaches and rocky coral shorelines (ticket not included in the price).
At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to the port in plenty of time in advance prior to your ship’s departure.
