When does my tour start? This tour has multiple set start time of 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, & 13:00 pm Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior the tour When do I return to port after my tour/excursion? We schedule your return to port to ensure you arrive in plenty of time to re-join your ship - normally 1 hour before the scheduled sailing time. Where you have free time after the end of your tour, then it is your responsibility to ensure you re-join the ship on time. All tour times are based on Shore time (ie local time, - not ship time)Our 2 hour tour is our most popular Segway Tour of Copenhagen! It covers everything you must see when you visit Copenhagen and takes you all the way around the inner city. It includes a small stop at the ‘hyggelig’ café in the Royal Danish Theatre where we have some exclusive offers for our guests if you should wish.
Because of our unique location you will cruise for a long stretch where no cars are allowed, while still experiencing iconic sights such as The Little Mermaid and The Royal Palace. It’s a beautiful way to take off!
The process: Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time, where you will check-in, meet your guide and get individual instructions on how to ride a Segway on our spacious and quiet training ground right behind our store. If you haven’t tried it before, don’t worry it’s very easy – our guests usually have this down within minutes. The Segway is a remarkable machine, it uses a gyroscope to balance and detect your movements. Lean forward to drive, lean backwards to slow down/stop, and control the directions with the handlebar. It really is that simple!
Once you are comfortable with the machine and ready to begin, your guide will lead the way in a pace you are happy with. Within minutes you’ll be on your way to see the must see sights of Copenhagen and try out your (newly) acquired Segway skills!
We will end the tour back at the store at Langelinie where we have a small Segway Souvenir for you, and you are more than welcome to join your guide for a complimentary organic refreshment.
