We have just returned from a wonderful PandO cruise on Oceana to Israel, Egypt etc., One of or table companions, John, and several other Pax had booked shore excursions with Liverpool Cruise Club and had great excursions at a fraction of the price charged on board.  All of them were full of praise for the organisation and quality of the excursions.

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed the guides on the tour.   Especially well liked by my wife was guide for Naples.  However, I believe that all the guides were better than those from the  NCL. My group had a very good time on ALL of your  tours.  Also you guys knew the itinerary  changed for the Jade before my travel  agent.  There also was no problem in finding the guides on the pier. 

Over all I would recommend cruisingexcursions.com.  Tours were great and I enjoyed the savings!  Keep up the great work!

We went on two excursions through your company.  Both were outstanding!

We went to Ephesus with our guide, Emra. It was just the two of us and Emra and the driver.  They were both extremely courteous and helpful.  The driver was very careful and made us feel very comfortable.  Emra was a treasure! We have bragged about him to everyone.  He was so very knowledgeable and told us so many little facts as we toured.  When we realized that we were not going to Mary's house, we were very disappointed, as that was one of our main purposes in going on the tour.  He quickly made a call and got it changed so that we did get to go.  That was so important to us and he went the extra mile to make sure we got there. If every guide was as kind and considerate and knowledgeable as Emra, your company would be always at the top!  Thank you and thank Emra!  He is a jewel.

Our other tour was in Dubrovnik with Sonja. There were four of us.  Sonja was terrific.  She was so knowledgeable and was such fun! She was easy to understand and did not hurry us through the tour.  She really gave us good insight on Croatia as a whole and knew her city well.  We learned so much and very much enjoyed the day.  Thanks to Sonja and to you for having such good guides and a well-run organization.

Both tours were on time and easy to recognize at the pier.

Took a cruise Venice to Athens in the Aegean Sea Early October, (4th-14th) with Oceania Cruise lines.  We had a wonderfully knowledgeable young man, Ozan Aslan, tour guide and driver, Yusof Komas. We had a wonderful tour of Ephesus which was the highlight of our cruise. Wine tasting etc.  Just a great day learning lots.  Some of our fellow cruise passengers took a tour through the ship and didn't get to see all of what we did. Thank you so much

We took a tour to Ephesus last Wednesday. I just wanted to say a huge thank you as our tour guide, Emri (spelling?), was fantastic and to be in a small group was much the best way to do it. He was extremely knowledgeable, charming and had a terrific sense of humour. The tour was most informative and probably the best we've ever done. I have no idea whether you can pass on our thanks to his employers in Turkey but think it important you, as a company, know how excellent he was. We also did the Olympia tour the following day and enjoyed that too. Again a small group...........and much cheaper,we gather, that the trips organised by Royal Carribean. We''ll certainly book through you again.

My wife and I recently returned from a 12 day cruise aboard the Norwegian Spirit which departed from Venice, Italy on 25 October 2013.

We booked all of our shore excursions  through your company and we are very very pleased with the tours and your drivers and guides. We found the tours covered all of the sites of those offered by the  ships Shore Excursions Desk with one exception.  Your tours are far superior in the knowledge of the guides and are just a fraction of the cost. Your guides set a pace for all to follow instead of the frantic race that ship sponsored tours often offer. The guides were always checking to assure that those who were not as fast or had some degree of mobility issues were always with the group and they frequently stopped to wait for all to catch up so that a comprehensive explanation of the history or folklore of a site could be given to all.

You are to be congratulated on your packages, price and particularly the in depth knowledge of the guides who were obviously pleased to show strangers around their respective cities. You definitely are our company of choice for future cruise and shore excursions. Very well done! 

We wish to particularly thank and give the highest marks to Sinan Kurt, our guide in Ephesus. His tour was the most in-depth, knowledgeable tour that I have ever taken. It was an absolute pleasure and learning experience to spend our time with him. Not only was he expert in the history of the site but he also gave us a look into the warmth and hospitality of the Turkish people. He is one of your strongest assets. 

Our only disappointment came as a result of us both feeling ill on the day that we arrived in Athens and both missed the tour.

We have recently returned from an Eastern Mediterranean cruise and for the first time we booked several Cruising Excursions tours in lieu of the ship's shore tours.  This was our 12th cruise and have always used the ship's tours or done our own thing in port.

We bought a trio of tours in Dubrovnik, Athens and Olympia as a package deal that was better value than buying the three separately.

 No regrets at all.  All were great value for money and the smaller groups made it more personal.  In particular, Lida, our guide in Dubrovnik was wonderful.

 We have no hesitation in recommending Cruising Excursions to others and will look to use them again whenever possible.

We have just returned from a cruise on Crown Princess and used cruising excursions on three occasions, in Kusadasi for Ephesus, Athens and Naples.

The tours were excellent value for money and very informative. I can't remember the name of the guide in Kusadasi but together with Marissa in Athens (Accropolis) and Adriana in Naples (Pompei) she was very well informed, but not in a stuffy way. We thoroughly enjoyed our trips.

We had a FANTASTIC time on our tours despite the strikes that were going on in Italy, they may have made us walk further to get back to our coach but did not spoil our enjoyment.

We would like to especially acknowledge our Rome guide she was excellent absolutely full of knowledge, spoke English very well, kept doing head counts and taking our names to ensure all of our group had returned to our meeting points. Give that woman an award!!!! 

Your drivers were very good as well.

What a great price for a fab tour, pisa was great and the stalls on the way up to miracle square had great bargains, dont forget to haggle.Florence was simply breathtaking, and the guide we had, Marco was extremely knowledgable, Lots to see in Florence but although there was plenty of walking we did stop to look at things for a while, so this gave me hance to catch up, I walk with a stick, but managed.He picked us up at the ship at 8.30 on the dot and proceeded to give us a day to remember.

The start of the tour was a little disasterous , as I had not read the voucher properly and had not gone to the allocated pick up point, but a quick call to the office  and all sorted.
The pouring rain didnt make it easy to find the coach, once we arrived. However once we were off and on our way the day was fabulous, the guide( sorry cant remember name) was great with plenty of knowledge and advice, please please remember to book tickets in advance for both the colusseum and vatican, we had decided not to at either, and how sorry we were on the day, especially the vatican, there is a lot of walking, I use a stick but was able to manage, and just about keep up.
We ate a fantastic pizza  at a little deli sitting outside on the pavement 6 € inc a drink.

I would not hesitate to use or recomend cruising excursions as they offer, quality tours, at exceptional prices.

This is to tell you how delighted we were with the excursion, in St Petersburg, which your company organised for us.  We had a wonderful and informative day with their guide Elena, she was so knowledgeable and patient with so many tourists throughout the day.  Even when we were very early [having been told by the cruise ship that it would take up to 2 hours to clear customs - it took ten minutes]. They even gave us a welcome pack which included hand cleansing liquid and pacamacs in case of rain - outstanding.

 

Also, the celebrity cruise clients who took the on -board excursion on the same day, paid twice as much and received a whistle stop tour with no historical information at all from their guide. They were frogmarched through the Hermitage whereas we were treated to an indepth tour .

We have just returned from our Eastern Mediterranean cruise on ms Noordam and would confirm how happy we were with the excursions to Olympia, from Katakalon, with Ioanna, with a party of about 15, and a private tour, to Ephesus, from Kusadasi, with Raife. These ladies are very pleasant, very good at their job and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The cost was about half of the ship's offered excursions.

We have just returned from our Eastern Meditteranean Cruise and booked 3 different excursions through cruisingexcursions.com.  We do not like crowds, so as a family of 3 we chose to do private tours and now that it's over, we are so glad that we did.  The private tours exceeded all of our expectations - we got to ask any questions we wanted, got to personalize the tour for specific things we wanted (like stopping by a Starbucks to buy a souvenir mug, or the Hard Rock cafe for a t-shirt), got to interact with a local guide and driver and even eat lunch at local, non-touristy spots that the driver or guide recommended.  Another advantage of a private tour is that your guide speaks the language and that is very helpful when you are at a shop or restaurant trying to interact with the locals.  We made some amazing memories that will last a lifetime and we will never book a crowded tour through the cruise ship again!

Here are the specific guides we had and highly recommend:

In Athens, Greece we had Maria.  She was very knowledgeable and we learned so much from her.  She was patient with us when we took a little too long at the souvenir shops and the driver, Christoff, recommended the best little Greek restaurant where we had an amazing Greek lunch!

In Kusadasi, Turkey, we had Kay.  He was also very knowledgeable and we could see that he had a true interest in Ephesus and loved his country.  He spoke very good English and gave us plenty of time to stop and take pictures of anything we wanted.  He was cheerful and funny.

In Rome, Italy we had Francesco Galletti.  He was amazing!  We did the Rome on your Own tour, and so when we first met him we told him what was on our list to see.  We only had about 7-8 hours in Rome until our plane departed, and in that time he was able to get us everywhere we wanted and including a few places we hadn't even known about.  It was such a pleasure to be with him - we loved hearing his Italian accent and he was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor.  He was able to drive us up close to every sight, which minimized the amount of walking we would have had to do if we were on a bus tour.  He took us to a delicious hidden Italian pizzeria for lunch and even dropped us by the Hard Rock cafe for a t-shirt and a gelateria for a strawberry granita!

Forty-six classmates and friends from Philippine Union College Academy Class of '72 took a 7-day Mediterranean cruise on the Norwegian Epic July 15-22, 2012. We used Cruising Excursions for all our shore trips.

We appreciate the professionalism and punctuality for all our shore excursions. Our guides were knowledgeable. Some of the guides actually made prior lunch arrangements for the whole group. Special mention to our guides Fernando, Monica, Rosa, Ingrid, and Katie who gave us a good mix of facts, stories, and humor. The bus drivers were excellent as well. It was nice to have newer, air-conditioned busses so the group could travel together.

This all would not have been possible were it not for our impression of great customer service from Simonne from day 1.

I just wanted to follow up to your company about the excursions we booked through your company.  We purchased the Italian Trio (Full Day Tour in Rome, Naples, Salerno and Livorno)

 I was a little sceptable when I came upon your website and thought the prices were far too cheap as the ship excursions were priced twice as high if not more.  I had used other internet excursion sites in the past and they had worked so well, I thought I would give yours a try.

Your excursioins far surpassed what I had hoped for. A review of what tours I participated in, were not only cheeper than the ships, they were far better!  Our first excursion was Florence and Pisa with Rosa as our tour gide.  It felt as we were having a great day with friends.  Rosa was very knowledgable, spoke perfect English, and had us laughing with her humor.  The tour had less people and a smaller buss than the other tours so it made it feel more personal.  Our second tour was Rome and Maria was our guide.  Maria was well spoken, knowledgable and a pleasure to have as a guide.  Josephene was our last tour guide in Naples and Pompeii.  Her knowledge, personality and pride of the job were outstanding.  Your company should be proud that you hired these guides and they represented your company well.  I do need to mention your drivers and transportation were great too!

Hello.  We have just returned from a Mediterranean cruise.  We booked a tour for Pisa and Florence and were very happy we did so instead of the tour with our Cruise line.  The difference per person in price was about $100.00 .  For 4 people that was a very significant savings.

Our tour guide Rosa was informative and took us to a restaurant in Florence that was great fun, great food and a great value.  She also took the time to take us to a shop that sold balsamic vinegar that we had wanted to purchase.  We enjoyed her knowledge of both Pisa and Florence.

The driver was excellent, the coach well air conditioned which was so welcomed during a very hot spell in Italy.

I have just returned from the cruise and wanted to say how much we enjoyed them. (Our Excursions)

We met Hayley in Kotor and then had Branka as our guide. She was excellent. Montenegro is such a stunning country.

In Dubrovnik we were met by Helena, who acted as our guide. She also was excellent.

Both tours were very enjoyable and informative.

We had amazing tours while cruising Italy, France and Spain. I would like to highlight our guide Apollo for Pompeii, Serrento, and Positano. He shared so much history with us it was unbelievable.

Maria was our tour guide for Rome and she did an excellent job sharing so much history and did a great job keeping our large group together.

Probably the bet tour was Florence and Pisa by Youssra-Giusi. She was raised in Florence and shared what it was like to grow up in the city. She shared so much of her life in Florence, I felt a connection with her as a friend.

I don't know if you have guide choices when scheduling tours but Apollo and Youssra-Giusi were definitely the highlight of our 12 day vacation.

This is the first time that I have booked excursions with an external company. The web site is great and excursions are easy to book. The special combined prices are great if you are booking for 6 people like I did.

We chose the Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano – Rome – Florence & Pisa trips. All were fantastic in different ways ….

The small groups were ideal and made getting around so much easier and faster.

Pompeii was fascinating and the guide was very easy to understand, he organised our trip so we didn’t hit Pompeii with the crowds which was appreciated !

Florence and Pisa was just a really lovely day made in the main by Rosa our beautiful guide. We had a gorgeous Italian Pasta and Salad lunch arranged by this wonderful lady which we will be eternally grateful for. The taste of pesto still lingers in my mouth ! – Florence is simply magnificent.

Rome was awesome – having been several times before, I appreciated how much we got to see in one day. The larger group was split into smaller groups and headsets were extremely useful as we didn’t miss any of the commentary especially as sometimes trying to keep up with the group was difficult at times amongst the crowds.

For s group of 6 – 4 children, Cruising Excursions allowed us to be able to afford 3 trips instead of perhaps 1 if we had booked through the cruise ship company. Thank you !!

We booked a tour from Civitavecchia to Rome May 11 and our driver was Duccio.  We would just like to say how pleased we were with his service, driving, and the sites he took us to enjoy.  The entire experience was way beyond our expectations.  After he waited for us to disembark and met us, he took us on a fantastic sight-seeing trip before dropping us at the airport!!  Give that man a raise!!  Thanks cruising excursions for making the last day of vacation such a pleasant and rewarding one.  If we ever need your services again and I’m sure we will, we will definitely use you again.

We completed our Mediterranean cruise yesterday, and am writing this email from Hong Kong, as we make our way back home to Australia.

Our final shore excursion with Cruising Excursions was on Wednesday to Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano, with pick-up from Naples.

The day could not have provided us with a better end to our cruise if we had organized it ourselves. Carmine, our tour guide for the day, met us port-side well ahead of time, and was a most charming, knowledgeable, accommodating and gracious guide.

The spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast, the step back in time at Pompeii,and the sheer beauty of this region, were accentuated through Carmine's commentary. His attention to detail, clear instructions at every leg of the trip, and the precise timing which kept us on schedule throughout the day, made this a memorable experience, and a wonderful end to our three weeks in the Mediterranean.

Please pass on our special commendation to Carmine (and Salvatore, the bus driver) for a brilliant job, and congratulations once again to your company for providing us with great value for money.

When I booked my Mediterranean cruise for my birthday, I was glad to find how inexpensive the cost of the cruise trip itself. But as we all know, the excursions on each port can add up to or even exceed the cost of the cruise and this is especially true in the European ports. I had searched many different websites providing cruise excursions on the ports I will be visiting and calculated that I would spend around C$1,100.00 if I book through the ship or these other providers for all 5-port excursions. Through a chat board on a group that I visited, someone mentioned about cruisingexcursions.com and I was definitely surprised that the 5-port excursions would only cost me roughly under $400, which also included entrances to Vaticans, Accademia and Colloseum. My first instinct like many others was that this website was a scam. However, I gathered my courage to contact them and "gamble" with this company rather than knowingly spend $200-300 on a port. I was immensely surprised with the money I spent on cruisingexcursions.com. Not only the customer service was superbly delivered, but the tour operators that cruisingexcursions.com utilizes are also great. I was especially impressed with the tour guides assigned to us. Marianna (in Naples), Maria (in Civitavecchia), Rosa (in Livorno), Max (in Cannes) and Mika (in Marseilles) were amazing guides who were very knowledgable about the local areas and fluent in English. One thing you should not worry is whether you would get back on the ship on time. These guides will MAKE SURE that you see what you NEED to see and get you back on time. Lastly, I would like to commend the professionalism for cruisingexcursions.com crews and tour operators, especially that even under pressure, they are very cool-headed and get the jobs done.

Have recently returned from Adriatic Discovery cruise on Queen Elizabeth. In Corfu we decided to try your company for the first time and pre-booked at less than half the price of the cruise company. No queuing for shuttle bus, your guide was at the port terminal on time as promised with the bonus of an air conditioned car.

 Our tour guide Lenka Giourga was excellent. Her knowledge of the history and culture of the island was first class and it was easy to see that she was passionate about it. Nothing was too much trouble and she made everything interesting and alive. Would recommend to anybody visiting Corfu to use you. Well done and thank you, we will be using your services again when we next cruise.

In Rome the guide was ready and waiting absolutely to time. The small bus was immaculate.Daniella the guide was magnificent!  we had an 8 hour 'Smart price tour 'that was both informative and fun. All for £39.99

The following day we went on  your 'Smart Price' tour of Pisa and Florence. Max the guide was a professor at Florence University. He gave us a wonderful day as he was so knowledgable and really excited about sharing his love of Florence with us all. He also organised a  delicious lunch at a small ,genuine Tuscan restaurant for only 15 euro's. The Chianti kept on coming!!

Dear Cruising Excursions,

My wife & I just returned from our 12-day Mediterranean cruise on the Celebrity Solstice, May 11-23, 2012.  We found your company on google as we were not familiar with european excursions, being from the USA.  We booked 7 excursions with Cruising Excursions: Barcelona, Naples, Venice, Dubrovnik, Rome, LaSpezia and Corsica.  Unfortunately, the Corsica excursion was cancelled by CE before the cruise, and the Venice excursion did not work out due to a timing issue.  However, all the other excursions were terriffic.  We enjoyed having the smaller buses and mini-vans instead of the large buses on most of the excursions.  This also gave us a more personal tour and allowed the vehicles to go into areas that the larger buses were not able to reach.  This was especially helpful since my wife has had a knee replacement and has difficulty walking long distances.

From first contacting your company and asking many questions to the very helpful Simonne prior to booking, to following up with Sally with the sales team department after our cruise, the staff was always very professional and helpful.

We have mentioned your company to others on this cruise that booked through Celebrity and they stated they will look up your company for their future tours.  Not only were your excursions more comfortable, but were much less expensive than the excursions offered by Celebrity.  We will definitely book with your company in the future.

Both my wife and I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for four great excursions we booked thru your firm prior to our leaving Canada.  We were on the NCL Spirit in the Mediterranean in late April, early May/2012.  Having  booked your Italian Trio as well as Athens Greece tours, we were very impressed with the care and service we received on all of our four excursions. On all four tours, the guides were very knowledgable about all the sights that we visited, or drove past.
My wife had suffered a leg disability just prior to the cruise, and walked with a cane.  All of the guides were very good about making sure that we were not left behind, or that we did not miss any sights.

We used your services to book a tour of Florence/Pisa on April 28, 2012 (Navigator of the Seas). We couldn't be more pleased! Rosa Shamash was our tour guide. She is delightful! Having a small group of 7 was especially nice, Rosa having English as her first language was tremendous, the tips on how and when to tour certain areas was great. Rosa's knowledge on the subject was vast, more than she could fit into a day. I highly recommend her as a tour guide.  Our driver, Allessandro (sorry I don't know how he spells his name) was also excellent, not only navigating through Florence with skill, but he also, had knowledge of the area and it's history that he shared with us. His English was more than sufficient to tell us the history of Pisa, and what we were seeing on our way back to the ship. They are a good team.

We booked a tour of Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. As there were 7 of us we got our own minibus with an excellent driver and guide. The tour was amazing as the guide spoke such suberb English and was so informative.I recommend this tour to everyone. So much better than the cruise ship option.

I wanted to thank you for the fabulous service we received when we booked our tours with your company. This was the first time that we booked excursions not using the ship's services and we were a little anxious about doing so, however all my concerns have been resolved and I would not hesitate in using your company for all of our future cruises, and I am telling friends to do the same. We were sailing on Ventura in April 2012 and throughout the booking process I had great help with the online support to answer any queries I had and eventually booked tours in Rome and Florence/Pisa.

The Rome tour was efficient, informative and friendly, thanks Mario!

Our guides showed us sights that the P&O tourers did not get chance to see - including the best sight in Rome, which he promised us and it did not disappoint! Fabulous! Also the transport was clean and small enough to be able to park next to the main sights we needed to see in Rome, with only eight of us in the car, we saw all of the sights we wanted to see without rushing or feeling like 'we were following a crowd'. We had plenty of time to see the sights at each stop and at no point felt like time was tight. Your company also arranged tickets for us to go into the Colosseum which worked seamlessly and allowed us to skip the lengthy queues. A wonderful day all round. Thank you!

Sadly we were not able to dock in Pisa/Florence and so were not able to take the tour we had booked. I did not have to worry about the money that we paid for this trip being lost however. On my return I contacted you via email and a full refund was in my bank account within two working days!!! Amazing service - thank you! This really did convince me that there are no worries about using a service like yours as you seem to have everything covered and it works perfectly.

Our tour out of Monaco was fantastic! Our driver was young energetic and highly knowledgeable about the region. We had a great quality tour seeing the Fragonard museum, Eze, the changing of the guard in Monaco, the grand prix route and other highlights of the region. Our tour in Florence was amazing! The Mercedes was spotlesssly clean. The driver(Masemo) was young and talkative giving us many stories and facts about the region as we headed into Florence from port. He brought as cold bottled water and checked frequently on our comfort.
When we entered Florence we met Sami our local guide. He had advanced degrees in Art and Architectual history and gave an awesome walking tour in the city center. He then joined us for our tour in the Accademia. We skipped to the front of the line with no waiting. He gave us a wonderful detailed tour of the pieces in the museum, with special detail on the Michaelangelo pieces. we rate this tour a 10

This is my second time using cruising excursions on both occasions they have been extremely efficient dealing with my requests.  The Petra trip far exceeded our expectations the guide was great and travelling in small groups is far better than with a large group of 40  plus people. There were 8 of us on the minibus and my son met a buddy for the holidays.

We had an absolutely fantastic day. Udi, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the day, and tailor our itinerary as we required.  Nothing was too much trouble and he really looked after us.

After quite a few years of taking shuttle buses or just strolling around adjacent ports of call, I was rather nervous of handing myself over to an organisation of which I had no knowledge or recommendation.

As it turned out, the experience was better than I could have hoped for.   

The meeting instructions were a little vague, but turning up ashore about an hour after the ship's docking worked fine and there was very little waiting at any of our three venues.

One of the main reasons for choosing Cruising Excursions was that the time shown for the Port Said-Cairo visit was a 'mere' 8 hours, compared to P&O's 13! This latter is far too long for an elderly couple to spend on a bus.  We were met by a very polite and amiable tour leader and an excellent driver for the rest of the day, and were joined by a guide for the visits to the Archaeological Museum, the Pyramids and Sphinx.   My wife and I were the only passengers in a very comfortable 8-seat minibus.

Our first visit was to the Museum, and in this respect Cruising Excursions proved much the better bet: in fact the P&O tours didn't even go there, apparently deeming the location too dangerous. Our guide here was a little rushed, but there's an enormous amount to see - especially all the Tutankamun exhibits. What the P&O tourists thought about having that omitted from their expensive itinerary I can only guess. 

A nice peaceful visit to the Pyramids and Sphinx, then we decided - exhaustion setting in - to give the Bazaar a miss and find out how papyrus paper is made another time. Despite these two omissions, the entire trip took about 11 hours - three or four less than P&O, who missed out on the Museum, travelled in coaches and paid more than twice as much for the privilege 

The magnificent Ephesus - from Kusadasi - was even better. Mercedes minibus all to ourselves,  a very knowledgeable guide with perfect English. 

Plenty of time to have a good look at all the sites - though sometimes having to stand back while parties of P&O tourists rushed through.

(Sorry P&O, that's not fair - I'm sure their tours were perfectly good, just cost a bit more and didn't get free figs.) 

Another Mercedes at Katatalon for Olympia. This time the driver wasn't a guide, but he lent us a couple of good guide books and said we could take as long as we liked.

We've been to Olympia before and find it a very special place, best experienced at a gentle stroll. And that's what we did.

All entry fees were included in Cairo and Ephesus, but we had to pay our own at Olympia - and made the mistake of not being able to prove as old as we undoubtedly look.

Perhaps one shouldn't pass judgement based on only three excursions, but if Cruising Excursions come anywhere near this excellent standard on a regular basis then I'd opt for their services without hesitation.

I would just like to say how pleased we were with the smart price Rome tour we booked through your company prior to our recent mediterranean cruise onboard the Norweigan Epic. The tour was excellent value for money, especially compared to the high prices charged by the cruise company itself.  We visited the Vatican museum which we had prebooked which avoided lengthy queues. We then jumped back on our coach with our friendly guide Claudia where we had a quick stop at the Trevi fountain with enough time to go grab some pizza then drove passed the colloseum then headed to the Spanish steps. This tour enabled our family to see some of the major sites on a whistle stop tour but still at a relaxed, leisurely pace. I would  recommend your company based on my recent experience and would certainly book through you again if taking a cruise in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that the two tours I booked through you for myself and my husband on our recent Mediterranean cruise on Carnival Magic were the best tours of our cruise - in particular the tour of Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii that we took from Naples on 11th Oct was the highlight of the whole trip for us. Our driver was excellent, not bothered by the ship's late arrival which had had me panicking, he was courteous and professional, very obliging and obviously enjoyed showing us his beautiful region.

The tour of Valldemossa, Deia and Soller that we took from Palma on 14th Oct was also a great success. In both cases the use of a car meant that we could get to and stop in places that a coach couldn't. I also found your website very easy to use and your prices were much more reasonable than some of the official Carnival tours.

Thank you for your help and I will have no hesitation in booking tours with you again for our future cruises.

I thought I would let you know how happy we were with our excursions to Pisa, Florence, Rome and Pompeii.

Our guide for the Pisa & Florence excursion was Mike (Michael) from the moment we set off he provided excellent information.  He ensured that the group was intact and no one was allowed to drift too far from the group.  

...Pompeii...Vanda was an excellent guide, full of information of Naples and the surrounding areas on the way to Pompeii.  She was happy to answer any questions you had.  Excellent guide with a fantastic personality.

Just wanted to give you some positive feedback on the excursion I arranged through your company whilst on my P & O Cruise on Ventura recently.

I booked the Highlights of Rome tour - which was almost half price of the same one through P & O.
The courier was at the meeting place at the appropriate time and because he only had me and my husband booked on the day we were taken around Rome in his car - which in itself was great because when on a bus tour there are places where busses cant go and you are left to walk around.

The courier was brilliant and gave us loads of information and a great tour - we were really impressed and had a great day.

You can bet that everyone I speak to about my holiday has been told!

From our initial 1st trip Cadiz (Seville) through Alghero, Civitavecchia (Rome), Livorno (Florence / Pisa), Cannes (Monaco, Monte Carlo, Nice, Eze), Barcelona and finally Gibraltar all the drivers and guides were extremely knowledgeable about the local regions, the history and features of the places visited including where and when the best time was to visit each place to avoid the crowds, their friendly manner and general attitude (including their sense of humour) were second to none, putting me and our party at complete ease and looking after us from when we first met at the various ports until dropping us back off at the ship, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always available and prompt.

A special mention and thank you should be passed on to our driver in Barcelona who went above and beyond the call of duty looking after my daughter who was not very well for the whole tour, while insisting we visited / did not miss any of the sights of the city. All the trips were fantastic value for money, all the staff were ultimately professional and their vehicles were spotlessly clean making the tours and our whole party feel very very special, (exclusive, like royalty) we all felt like we had spent the days / tours with special friends.

I myself and our whole party have spoken at length to all our relatives and friends the name of your Company and how hugely impressed we were with the excursions we did and would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending your Company, drivers and guides to anyone who wanted to book trips to those places we visited and beyond.

When and if we book another cruise or indeed holiday abroad we will all be looking to see if there are any tours available from yourselves.
